Preparation Instructions:
- Step 1
- Preheat oven to 400° F. Prepare the sweet potatoes, broccoli and turkey according to package instructions. Place ingredients in warmer and hold for service.
- Step 2
- Transfer the sweet potatoes into 4 - 2-inch steam table pans. Add 14 oz. of dried cranberries to each pan. Cover.
- Step 3
- For service; place 1/2 cup of sweet potatoes and cranberries in a bowl, using a #8 disher. Add 1/2 cup broccoli. Top with 4 oz. of turkey and gravy using a 4 oz. spoodle.
