Indeed it is—but you can call it whatever you'd like. Take a Po' boy roll, fill it with seasoned wedge fries, chicken tenders, bread and butter pickles, tomato slices and a punchy Cajun sauce, then serve it with more crispy fries, of course!

| Bread and butter pickle slices | 16 each | |
| Tomato, 3/16-inch slices | 8 each | |
| Iceberg lettuce, cut in 1/4-inch strips | 2 cups | 
Preparation Instructions:
- Step 1
 - Preheat deep fryer to 345˚F.
 - Step 2
 - In a small bowl combine mayonnaise and Cajun seasoning. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes for flavor to intensify.
 - Step 3
 - Fry chicken tenders according to package instructions, keep warm.
 - Step 4
 - Cook potato wedges in deep fryer for 2-1/2 to 3 minutes. Hold warm.
 - Step 5
 - To serve; split roll keeping one side attached, laying it flat. Add 1 oz. of Cajun mayonnaise, shredded lettuce, 4 pickle and 2 tomato slices.Top with 2 chicken tenders and 2 potato wedges. Transfer to a plate and serve with more potato wedges.
