Preparation Instructions:
- Step 1
- Prepare Mediterranean blend, cheese sauce, and manicotti according to package instructions. Reserve hot.
- Step 2
- For each serving; place 2 oz. marinara sauce in serving container and top with 2 manicotti. Finish with 1/2 cup vegetables and pour 3 fl. oz. cheese sauce over vegetables. For salad; mix 1/2 cup of lettuce mix, 2 grape tomatoes, and 2 cucumber slices. Serve with dressing of choice.
