Simplot Simple Goodness™: Sliced Strawberries with Sugar 6/6.5lb 1/4 cup
Coconut milk, Silk® brand preferred 2 fl. oz. 1/4 cup
Coffee, brewed, chilled 32 fl. oz. 1 quart
Simplot Simple Goodness™: Raspberries, IQF Crumbles 6/2lb 1/4 cup
Ruby chocolate, shaved 1/4 cup
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw strawberries according to package instructions.
Step 2
To make foam topper; purée strawberries in blender until smooth. Add coconut milk and blend until the mixture is frothy.
Step 3
Pour 8 fl. oz. brewed coffee into a coffee cup. Top with 2 oz. strawberry foam. Garnish with raspberry crumbles and ruby chocolate.
